Directions for use

• Mix 6 grams with at least 250 ml of water or fruit juice.
• Take once daily.
• During a cleanse or with a high-protein diet, the product can be used three times daily.
• Drink immediately after mixing, as the product thickens quickly.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
